        Benjamin has always taken advantage of, and cherrished, every opportunity to help people around him through volunteerism. Benjamin's passion for serving others has taken him around the world, with chances to engage people, languages, and cultures in eight countries, on four continents. A graduate of Stanford University, Benjamin is utomstly driven by the desire to deploy his knowledge and experiences in (the) service of other people. Hence, Benjamin is delighted to have founded TRIAGE, LLC, a business Benjamin hopes will grow into an institution that is responsive to the needs of people in our community and beyond.

T.J. Sillah
CFO (Chief Fun Officer)

        T.J. Sillah is an adorable young man who is passopnate about the science, and has mastered the art, of putting a smile on people's faces. T.J. is a markedly affectionate, boysterious and cheerful individual. 

        A native of southeastern Pennsylvania, T.J. is dedicated to making every positive contribution to help build and secure an environment in which every person enjoys the bounty of cheerfulness...and T.J. is determined to accomplish this goal one smile...and one giggle...at a time. 

        In five years, T.J. will enter the first grade on his path to earning his Ph.D. Through everything, T.J is resolved to remain a bundle of joy, admiration and cheerfulness.

Mariama Charm

        Mariama Charm is a professional dedicated to refining and implementing TRIAGE, LLC's operations strageties. Through her deep investment in her study of Psychology, Mariama has honed-in a passion for connecting and working with other people. With a particular mind for identifying and solving problems, Mariama joins TRIAGE, LLC as a strategic link between planning and task-execution at TRIAGE, LLC.

Francess Sillah
Assistant Manager &
Special Events Coordinator
 

        Francess Sillah is a wife, mother, sister and daughter whose work as an educator and a health counselor spans nearly a decade.  Francess' educatinal background, experiencial knowledge in behaviorism,  superb work ethic and admirable engagements as a mother have seasoned Francess' leadership capabilities. As Assistant Manager and Special Events Coordinator, Francess is a cardinal component in TRIAGE, LLC's proper functioning.
